Start your day off with Antigua’s only paragliding experience discovering the natural beauty of the southern side of the island from up above then tantalize your taste buds discovering the delicacies of the Antiguan diet with a food adventure through the city of St. John’s.
Your flying experience will kick off with Contours Antigua, where the company’s car will collect you at your hotel, taking you to the launching site in Falmouth where your certified paragliding instructor will brief you on safety precautions. You will then be strapped up with your instructor and taken to your 1-hour soaring adventures up above the beauty of the Turtle Bay and Falmouth Harbour area. This will surely work up the appetite needed for tour next adventure… a food adventure!
After soaring through the skies, you will be given a chance to freshen up then be taken to the city of St. John’s where you will meet your foodie tour guide from Eat n Lime Food Tours. This food adventure begins in Heritage Quay, the heart of the city. Here you will get a 1st hand experience of the Antiguan culture! You will learn of the city’s hidden historical gems and even spend some time mingling with locals… most importantly, you will get to sip and savour tastings from 5 various eateries on your walking food tours.
By the end of these adventures you will definitely be a bonafide Antiguan Adventurer!
St. John's City
The city is the site of numerous, hidden, historical gems! You will be sure to find them as you make your way to 5 restaurants indulging in the way Antiguans eat.
This will be the beautiful location of the paragliding adventure. Be in awe of where land and sea makes beauty.
Starting from the St. Barnabas Anglican Church on the left in Liberta Village, go around the bend, passing the Liberta Police Station, Grace Moravian Church and then the Pilgrim Weslyan Holiness Church also on your left. Make your way up & over the hill (still on the main road) passing the view of Falmouth Harbour on your right. Take the 3rd right and go straight, turning right as the road bends. Take the 1st right after the bend. The field in view will be the starting point. Your guide awaits.Get Directions

Yes. IDs will be checked, even if you purchase the no-beer ticket. The establishments that we visit will only allow those 21 and above because of the law.
Please be sure and let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. As long as we know in advance, we can accommodate your needs.
You should bring with you a camera and an appetite. When it’s really hot out, we recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body and a lightweight pair of sunglasses. When it’s wet, we recommend closed up shoes and an umbrella. If it looks like rain we can provide you with a plastic rain poncho.
Your tickets are transferrable, so if you can’t use your tickets, feel free to give them to a friend to use.
